As an Event Coordinator – Registration and Competition Services at Skate Canada, this role focuses on managing the planning and execution of athlete registration and competition services for national and international figure skating events. Key responsibilities include overseeing event registration systems, coordinating planned program content with officials, coordinating on-site volunteers and ensuring compliance with competition rules and technical requirements. The position also involves preparing and distributing event documentation, managing competition timelines, troubleshooting registration or scoring issues on-site, and contributing to the smooth delivery of events that uphold Skate Canada’s standards of excellence.

As a Member Services Representative at Skate Canada, this role involves providing support to internal and external customers by responding to inquiries about membership, registration, bylaws, and procedures. Key responsibilities include managing data entry in CRM systems, preparing and distributing materials for clubs, coaches, and officials, assisting with event preparation (such as the annual conference), and supporting communications with various stakeholders. The position also includes handling overdue accounts and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.

As the Membership & Registration Coordinator at CARHA Hockey, this role involved serving as the main point of contact for over 2,000 members regarding program registration, addressing inquiries related to membership, bylaws, and event processes. Key responsibilities included managing registration-related questions, co-managing social media platforms, and creating graphics for campaigns on Canva, which increased engagement. The position also involved supporting the World Cup event coordination and acting as a liaison to the event director, while maintaining positive relationships with members and hockey enthusiasts through various communication channels.
